Most homeowners have heard about argon gas-filled windows, but very few have actually seen how they are manufactured or tested. Many suppliers claim their windows contain argon gas, yet rarely provide professional verification or real testing data.
That’s why Warren Windows & Doors decided to open the factory doors and show the complete process publicly.
The production begins inside a fully enclosed 4SG workshop where temperature and humidity are strictly controlled. These environmental conditions are critical because they directly affect the performance and durability of the 4SG sealing system.
After the 4SG sealant is applied, the insulated glass enters the pressing and assembly stage, where argon gas is filled between the panes. Structural silicone sealing is then applied to complete the final edge sealing process.
To verify the results, Warren Windows uses the internationally recognized Sparklike Argon Gas Analyzer from Finland — a professional testing device valued at more than 100,000 RMB.
This advanced equipment uses plasma emission spectroscopy technology to measure argon concentration quickly and accurately without damaging the glass. The testing process is completely non-invasive, requiring no drilling, puncturing, or destruction of the insulated glass unit.
During the live factory test shown in this video, the measured argon gas concentration reached an impressive 99.2%, far exceeding the national standard requirement of 85%.
To further prove the authenticity and consistency of the manufacturing quality, additional tests were conducted on randomly selected finished glass units stored in the warehouse. Products destined for different cities, including Shenyang and Beijing, were tested live on camera, with results consistently exceeding national standards.
